My family and I stayed there, but the customer service from the receptionist, Takahashi (the man with glasses), was so bad that I never want to stay there again. I couldn't find the parking lot, so I asked an attendant, who told me, "This is fine," and I parked in front of the hotel. Later, at check-in, they asked about my parking ticket, and when I said, "It's parked right in front," they said, "Okay," and gave me my room key card. After that, we enjoyed the hot springs and meals, and the next day, when we tried to check out early, they said, "Your car is in the way, so please move it before anything else, even before checking out." What? You're telling us this more than half a day later? And what kind of attitude is that, telling a guest they're in the way? I replied, "I was told it was okay to park in front of the hotel," to which they responded, "We would never say that." You weren't the one who handled the situation, so why completely dismiss my side of the story? When I said, "What's with that attitude, telling a guest they're in the way?", they said, "I just relayed a complaint from another guest." Why did they leave such a complaint unaddressed? Couldn't they have just made an announcement over the intercom? It took quite a while to check in, so I was in the lobby for a while. I don't understand why they didn't call me right away. Why did they have to completely ruin my enjoyment of the stay? I will never forgive that guy Takahashi with the glasses, and I never want to stay there again. It's a respectable, long-established inn, so they should properly train their employees on customer service.

My daughter and I stayed here on a trip together. The indoor hot spring was hot, but the outdoor bath was lukewarm. We were able to soak in the outdoor bath for a long time, which was very relaxing.♡ We could see the waterfall from our room, and it was beautifully lit up.✨ Maybe because it was a weekday, the hot spring wasn't crowded...but then it got incredibly crowded with people during the dinner buffet, so I recommend going early! You'll have to wait in line. The deciding factor for this hot spring was the all-you-can-eat salmon roe I saw on TikTok.😊 I was so happy to be able to eat so much salmon roe for breakfast.♡ After eating so much, I was soothed in the bath, and I was very satisfied.😊
