Recently stayed here and overall It met my expectations, the room odour is not that good but overall its excellent, myself and my family came here for short vacation and we didn't expect to find an Indian here, I really want to mention his name but I can't read his name and we forgot to ask during dinner, his hospitality is top-notch, his politeness and warm welcome gave us a new experience for us. Thanks for guiding us whole stay and the breakfast and dinner is superb. I'll be setting for winter again

Best ski holiday thanks to Tokyu Hotel. From the moment we were greeted the hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. Really enjoyed the lodge feeling and the room was amazing looking out to Happo One slopes with decent space inside. Breakfast was cozy and amenities were very convenient plus relaxing in the onsen after a big day outside. Would definitely come back again

We stayed at Hakuba Tokyu for 3 nights. The service was very good. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The on-site Onsen was also very nice, very clean, and very luxurious. The only drawback to this hotel was the room. Our room was quite dated with old carpet floors that held an unfortunate odor. Bathroom tub would flood the floor frequently due to improper caulking. The water pressure, on the other hand, was incredible. Overall a very nice hotel with very friendly staff and outdated rooms.
