The room unfortunately had a strong odor that resembled mold and wet towels when we first entered. It made the space feel damp and not very clean. Everything else about the stay was acceptable, but the smell in the room was difficult to overlook and impacted the overall experience. I hope the hotel can address this issue for future guests.

Staff was friendly but the hotel is not well cared for. The halls smell must and the carpet on the fourth floor had a foot long rip in it about an inch wide at one point. Had an issue with the lights in my shower, it was dimming and brightening randomly, reported to the front desk in the morning who said maintenance would be up to fix it. Returned 10 hours later and it was not fixed. Daughter had to take a shower without it on because she is prone to seizures. The breakfast area had water dripping from the ceiling and obvious water damage. Overall I would put this hotel on do not go list but, the staff were nice and so was the pool.

Checked in to the room and it smelled really moldy. It was so bad that it made our eyes water and it was difficult to breath. We notified the front desk. Diana was really helpful. She moved us to another room a few doors down. When I first opened the door, it smelled like cleaning chemicals. I thought we were in the clear. Much to my dismay, the smell came through really strong only after a few minutes of being in the room. It was terrible. It smelled like a combination of wet dog and mildew. Diana cancelled our reservation and left a note for her manager to refund our money. Here we are 50 days later with no refund. I've called the front desk numerous times with no answer. It just rings for minutes at a time. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this hotel. The rooms were terrible. We ended up staying across the street at the Marriott. It was much better. I'm working with Hilton now to figure the refund out.
