We stayed there 3 nights. The location was perfect - close to the red, blue and brown lines which we used. The kids loved having a pool in the city and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The front desk staff were very friendly and helped us with what we needed while there. We can't wait to go back and stay again. We loved it.

I normally give very amazing hotel reviews… but because of my experience, I had to make it known how extremely disappointed I was staying here because of my overnight experience. Unfortunately I got bed bug bites from this hotel. It’s hard to believe they did a deep clean of the room. Please consider this review and ensure you inspect the bed before sleeping in it if you are going to stay here. I unfortunately slept with shorts on and I got 3 bites on my leg and my friend had bumps all over her face. We also noticed seeing rusty blood stains on the bed when we woke up, thinking it was just makeup before seeing the bites. The breakfast area was also quite messy and very busy. It was also very noisy with the ambulance and police at night which is expected because it is in downtown. Beautiful location and by a bunch of convenient attractions (15 min walk from the bean and 3 min walk from Einstein Bros which was a really good bagel place)
