My elderly father and I had an ABSOLUTELY wonderful time staying here this past week. From the moment we walked in, the energy was SO welcoming! Every staff member was so helpful and so thoughtful!! I felt the need to personally call the front desk to share how much we appreciate every single one of you. I had the opportunity to speak with several front desk and back office staff at moments passing by. I remember names, but for security reasons, i dont want to post names. I was the tall, Metal Head dude with long hair! My father also thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of you who helped with our questions, nonsense, and not to mention, listening to our pointless, funny conversations. Totally appreciate YOU ALL and I will book a stay with yall again VERY SOON! STAY HERE!!!

I would like to take a moment to recognize Natalie at the front desk of the Hampton Inn. She was absolutely wonderful—very caring, attentive, and extremely polite. She made sure everyone who was waiting to be helped was acknowledged and assisted, and she did it all with a genuine smile on her face. What impressed me the most was her professionalism. Even when a guest was being very disrespectful to her, she remained calm, composed, and continued to treat everyone with kindness and proper customer service etiquette. That level of patience and professionalism is not easy to maintain. The hospitality industry needs more people like Natalie. She represents the kind of service that makes guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Management should truly recognize and value employees like her, because not everyone is able to handle customer service with such grace. Natalie, thank you for making our day better. We hope you have a beautiful and blessed day.

We stayed at this location for a business trip in late February 2026. We frequently stay at Hilton properties and Hampton Inn's are one of our favorite hotel brands, especially since they are often pet friendly and we travel with our two chihuahuas. However, this experience left us less confident to ever choose a Hampton Inn we are not familiar with in the future. The first room we were given had a smell of urine and a dirty rag. There were hairs in the shower also. We immediately asked to switch and were given a room across the hall. While the smell was slightly better, the cleanliness level was unacceptable. We both have severe dust mite allergies, and the air conditioning unit was extremely full of dust on the vents. I truly have never seen anything like this in a hotel and we travel A LOT. In fact- I wiped it down myself, along with all surfaces in the room, because I knew we would not be able to sleep with that much dust. The one window in the room was completely covered in green algae, we could not even see outside. It is clear there are cleanliness and maintenance issues at this property. Renovating the rooms does not make up for overall lacking building maintenance. Also, the toilet paper holder was broken, and there was dried nasal mucus on the walls. Only one elevator was operating, and I am not sure if the certificate was even up to date as of when we were there. It was very slow. I refused to use it, except for when we had to bring luggage down. From reading previous reviews, it appears it is a common occurrence for only one elevator to be working. The end result was that we only slept four hours- the mattresses were horribly uncomfortable and the air conditioner was too noisy. Due to all of the issues, we moved to another Hilton property the next evening. My fiancée notified his work travel agency of the many concerns and they quickly were able to find another location for us. The front desk staff at this location is very kind and helpful. I cannot imagine it is easy to work in a property that seems to have this many issues, yet they were true professionals. In fact, when checking out there was another guest notifying the front desk of water leaking into their room...Because the employee was dealing with this issue, we did not even want to trouble her with our concerns. These were things that simply could not be quickly fixed, so we got our receipt and left. We will never stay here again. I hope improvements will be made for future guests. It could be a nice property if it was properly maintained. No need for a response.
