⭐️ 1 Star I stayed at the Hampton Inn by Hilton from January 1–3, 2026. On the second night, two personal items were stolen from my room. Based on the situation, this could only have involved hotel staff. After discovering the theft, I called and left a voicemail on January 4th and received no response. When I finally spoke with a manager named Kim, I was told the only action taken was “asking the employees.” No camera footage was reviewed, and no real investigation was done. Guests should not have to worry about their belongings being stolen after checking out. The lack of urgency, accountability, and communication from management was unacceptable. I was ultimately told to file a police report, which I am doing. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a serious issue. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend this location.

Brandon was wonderful, friendly, and helpful! The lobby was decorated very cute for Christmas. Accessible parking. A very nice stay.
