This is our go to hotel when we are in town visiting family. The nicest, most accommodating staff. We travel with a large dog, so we request the same room each visit so that we don’t disturb other guests. Plenty of outdoor space for walking our dog. Close to nice restaurants, shopping, gas stations, and the 5 & 99 freeways. Super clean, the breakfast setup is one of the best, plenty of parking.

Me and my wife got married today and this is what we have to have to deal with with a clogged sink and rude customer service downstairs a guy with curly hair refused to give his name in the lobby and was extremely rude to everything I came downstairs looking for face wash chapsticks Vaseline and the guy said rudely not nicely everything you see on the shelf is there like Ik how your suppose to say it but the way he said it was rude he was not helpful to me at all at first then after that we see our sink getting clogged and we called downstairs and the guy genuinely did not care about our sink he said all rooms all sold tonight I look outside parking lot ain’t full and all websites say a room is available and said to deal with it with management in the morning this is so ridiculous me and my wife don’t deserve to spend our wedding night like this I will be talking to a manger in the morning and will see if any changes will be made also no hand wash was even provided for the sink they have bath soap while having body wash in the the shower

Extremely rude front desk manager at 9pm 2/13. Needed assistance with the air continuously running and she proceeded to be rude. When my comment was “well that was a bit rude” she said “well the truth is the truth.” Not okay!
