Staff were great. Rooms were meh. Right by train tracks so pretty noisy at night. Check in / check out was simple enough. Breakfast was about what you'd expect for continental breakfast at any place. The dining area was nice, clean, with good natural lighting in the morning and a bar area.

I was very disappointed. After asking for help ordering a pizza, explaining my inability to do it to two employees, I didn't get a pizza. Tim couldn't help me; he insisted I do it myself from my room phone. I was with my mother, in transit, tired and hungry... I had to go back upstairs, but I gave up.
