The hotel was good. Only issue was , the pool and hot tub was closed due to remodeling but on the website , it says nothing about the pool or hot tub being closed for remodel. When I got here, I was told I cannot be reimbursed for those things but the best they was able to do was give me 2 of there Newly Remodeled Rooms… atLeast Update the Website. Brought swimming gear for nothing!

Horrible service, pool colder than ice, no towels available, staff completely unaware and unable to help. The floor I stayed on was being remodeled and workers kept trying to enter my room with a universal key. Luckily I had it debolted, but front desk was clueless about why this kept happening. My daughter was terrified and cried that the pool was unusable. They staff acted dumbfounded that the pool wasn't heated when it says online it is. I used to love staying here. Never again. This place has completely gone downhill.

My third stay at this property was shocking and revealed a major decline in standards. The room was worn and tired, badly needing renovation, and lacked the advertised TV, an unacceptable oversight for a Hilton property. My morning was disturbed at 7:30 AM by a loud construction crew in the hallway, talking loudly and blasting music, showing a blatant disregard for guest rest despite the ongoing renovations. The elevators were excruciatingly slow; one was often monopolized by construction workers, while the other had a bizarrely reversed indicator light, causing major delays for all guests. When I reported the missing TV at checkout, the clerk promised a manager would call, but no one ever followed up. When I chased the issue several days later, staff was rude and dismissive, suggesting they are not committed to resolving legitimate guest complaints about advertised amenities. This may be one of the worst Hilton properties I have ever seen, when booking don’t expect Hampton Inn level quality this is more in line with a run down Motel 6.
