Staff was so so so nice! Huge shoutout to Kia at the front desk. An absolute sweetheart. The room was really clean, beds were comfy, and overall was just a great room. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

The Hampton Inn and Suites in Schererville was a lovely experience. My husband and I were traveling with our daughter and her two young boys. The pool was a big hit. The rooms were immaculate, and beds were very comfortable. Erica was manning the front desk during our two-day stay, and she was an absolute delight. We needed extra towels & washcloths, and she took care of our need immediately. Erica was personable and welcoming to every person we saw enter the hotel, engaging travelers in conversation and seeming genuinely committed that everyone enjoy their stay. She personified hospitality, and made a really nice hotel stay memorable.
