Nasty person working the front desk named Prince. Shower door broken in our Freezing cold room. We could not shower with the shower door closed. Prince gave me a hard time when it came to using my Hilton Honor Points and he was extremely rude to my friend who was checking in before me. I made him aware that she would be arriving first, however upon her arrival his attitude towards the situation changed. I have never had a bad experience at a Hilton property until now. This put a damper on our Christmas and I will be closing out my Hilton American Express card and opening one for the Marriott due to this experience.

This was a great experience for me! I stayed the night of of the 23rd into the 24th of December 2025. The gentleman at the desk was very polite as I showed up at 2am. I even called him with a question. As a salesperson I can always feel when people are getting frustrated with me and I didn't feel that with him at all. He even allowed me to push my check out time a little back because I got in so late. Also the breakfast here was delicious and free. As someone who has to travel a good bit this is a good choice. Also stayed at the double tree at Hilton and was very unhappy with my stay there. This is the better choice. Hilton even double charged me for parking I never used and I had to pay for the breakfast that wasn't as good there.
