Do not stay here, run, go somewhere else but dont stay here ever !!!!!!!!!! stayed here during our business trip. Not only was the staff during our check in less than helpful, they were either unable to comprehend or lack the proper training on how to look up thier own reservations and tried to charge me again ($2500)for the prepaid reservation that had already been paid for by my company. Our first morning in the hotel we decided to attempt to eat from their breakfast. That was a horrible mistake! The eggs, looked burnt, the biscuits were extremely hard, gravy was put out cold and when I asked for Salsa, the staff had no clue what I was talking about. (We ended up throwing it in the garbage and attempted to eat elsewhere) Later that very same day, we had a long day and all I wanted to do was relax when we came back to the hotel. I asked the staff if they had a spa on location and was told " you can use the pool, we dont offer things like that" the only half way ok thing on this property was its location and possibly our room. The room, was difficult due to the amount of limitations of the TV, which was highly controlled and limited in features. Connecting a simple Nintendo switch up to the tv was near impossible. The iron in the room left black film all over my dress clothes which ill have to replace once I get home. The beds were, mediocre at best and had 6 pillows..yes 6.This was day 1 of a 4 day nightmare which, I plan on never repeating if I can help it. I would highly not recommend you stay here, unless you enjoy miserable, unhappy, unhelpful staff and want to replace dress clothes. This hotel, I found later was more expensive and had less than the hotel across the street that was significantly cheaper and had more customer service or things to do by far.
