The main purpose of a hotel is to let you sleep. Mission failed. The doors are about as useful as saloon doors — except they’re louder, since they slam constantly. The place was full of kids screaming and running through the hallways until midnight, slamming doors every time they passed. The windows are not double-glazed at all. You can clearly hear — and understand — conversations from people outside, which says everything about the lack of soundproofing. Judging by other reviews, this is clearly not an isolated issue. In the end, it really felt like I paid to experience one of the worst nights of sleep of my life. Disappointing for a hotel. Avoid if you value sleep.

I called and asked to speak to a manager and the person on the phone said “who is this” and when I responded I’m a customer he said have a great day and hung up. I then called back and the manager was also very rude and didn’t think the customer service I received was wrong in any way. My hotel room was also dirty and had bed bugs.
