Incredible room selection the service didn't seem where to go to pick a room but was satisfied with the location I was put in able to glance at wonderful buildings and trees would definitely recommend this place

I reported a problem with the temperature of my room twice during the night with no response or solution. In the morning I requested late checkout to get the sleep I missed. Housekeeping knocked and called every 45 minutes at one point someone POUNDED on the door even though I pointed out each time that a manager approved late checkout and each time I told them how long I would be staying. I checked out nearly in tears when I had to catch my train and they promised enough points for a free night. They were never applied to my account. Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.
