Well, the Hampton is in the middle of remodeling the lobby and kitchen.. so it is an adventure.. not complaining, just observing.. the usual hot breakfast is replaced with the cold items. Fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, muffins etc. It is still more than enough to start the day. And coffee is from Dunkin donuts. Nice!! All set up by Kareemah, front desk girl..Of course renovations are needed from time to time. They have gone above to make my stay a great travel experience.. I've stayed many times, great staff. Great location for me.

Overall, the condition of the hotel is below the standard I expect from the Hilton brand. The property is currently under construction, which clearly impacts the overall experience and appearance of the facility. The overnight front desk clerk was also unhelpful and seemed more focused on minimizing effort than assisting guests. When I asked about a late checkout, she said I would need to come back in the morning so the day staff could check availability. When I asked for clarification, she repeated the same response with an obvious attitude. As a Hilton member, I expect better service and professionalism. Between the construction, the condition of the property, and the lack of customer service, the stay was disappointing.
