First two nights were great! Quiet and clean room. Third night was terrible- loud, fighting, people passed out in hallway. Thought the hotel would do more to control the rowdy ones. We were compensated with a whopping 250 points. Yay

I had a really bad experience and won't stay at this property again, your results will probably be better than mine, unless you plan to do anything before 6am. It has been renovated and they did a good job on that. Rooms are clean and pretty quiet. However, I stayed for 4 nights and had a bad experience. Monday night everything was fine, the problems started Tuesday morning. I got up and went to the lobby for coffee, but there wasn't any coffee in the lobby, the whole station was taken apart and the pots were gone. This was a little after 5am. Not a huge deal as there was coffee in the room, I prefer lobby coffee but whatever. So I go back to my room and enjoy a cup of coffee then put my gym clothes on and head to the fitness center. The fitness center door wouldn't open, I thought there was something wrong with it, but, no, as it turns out the fitness center doesn't open until 6am!! What kind of hotel doesn't have coffee early morning and what kind of hotel has a fitness center that isn't open 24hrs?!?! I've traveled the world and never seen that! Anyway, I go to work for the day and when I return in the evening I asked the front desk for more coffee for my room since I had used what was in there that morning. They gave me coffee packets that do not fit the machine in my room. When I asked about that he just said "yeah, these are different that we usually have down here" I explained that these would not work in the machine in my room, he just shrugged. So, the next morning, same thing no coffee in the lobby and now no coffee in my room, and I can't get a workout! So I had to leave and get coffee, that was the rest of the week! With the cost of this particular property I shouldn't have to go purchase coffee. I later found out that someone had ordered the wrong coffee, not sure what room service was doing to prep rooms after people checked out. Either way, I would think that if they KNOW there isn't coffee available in the rooms they would double down on lobby coffee! I usually stay at the HIE across the field, they have coffee machines that work 24hrs and a fitness center that is open 24hrs, but they were sold out that week.
