Bad service I've been sleeping here for a week and they haven't come to clean or change the towels. I don't recommend it for someone who is here more than 1 day

I have had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. They made sure everything went smoothly and were always willing to help me with any questions. Misty, always greeting me with a warm good morning and made me feel right at home. My room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, which made it easy to relax and get a good night rest. Another thing stood out to me was the great customer service I received from Megan and Roselynn. Megan, has a sweet warm spirit that could change any atmosphere. she always made sure I was okay. I stay at the hotel for weeks at a time. I could leave my personal belongings with her and they will be their when I came back. I like the first floor due to some medical issues and I need a larger refrigerator to do meal prep. She always tried to work with me to accommodate my stay. Megan is just a sweet heart. She knows how to talk to you and she always was respectful to me. Raslynn is phenomenal, her customer service skills is a 10. Weather she is fixing breakfast or at the front desk. She is happy, always encouraging, she made feel welcome to be here. I stay sometimes three weeks at a time, and I promise you its never a dull moment around Raslynn. She is always speaking highly of the company and she always express how much she love her job. She always speaking highly of her co-workers and her supervisor. I do not know her name, the room service lady that cleaned up my room. I really like how she kept my room clean. Megan know her name. Please get it from Megan. If my company send me back to OKC, I will be back to stay here. I love it here...

Had bed bugs and roaches in my original room 205. Sheets in old and new room had stains. Room service had to be asked for even though it was supposed to be every other day. Left due to cleanliness. Pool also closed entire visit.
