Won "upgrade" of room, Not. No hot water, light didn't work, phone didn't work and all I asked for was a bed and tub, room had a shower. Found all this out after we had made 2 trips to the car, unpacked and got settled. Ended up having to pack everything back up, and manage to carry everything in 1 trip up a floor to different room. Phone still didn't work, room was outdated, tub had a crack in it. High price for old hotel.

Wonderful staff and extremely clean hotel. Shower had amazing water pressure. Breakfast selection was more than fantastic, waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins and more. Would definitely stay here again.
