You pay for a room to stay in and the state of the rooms and the hotel in general are, frankly bad. The room I had stayed in had stained furniture, crooked and flickering lights, damaged furniture and (although it was clean) a bathroom that just didn’t smell right. This cannot meet the Hilton brand standard. So disappointing. The service at this hotel, despite its dilapidated nature, was pleasant and helpful. P.S. the gym equipment needs to be serviced/fixed.

Rooms are definitely dated. Clean-ish. Lots of broken floor tiles. One elevator out of service. Had to wait at counter checking in and out. Ended up doing app check in and out. Location is nice. Up on the hill behind all the restaurants and road activity. Remote in room was broken. One channel on tv. Free shampoo bottle was broken. Pump didn’t work. Some plugs in room didn’t work and only two charging ports worked. Hilton was always are go to. Not so much anymore.

Terrible experience. The room was dirty when we arrived, and the bed sheets clearly looked like they had not been changed. Cleanliness was a major issue. Breakfast was extremely poor, with very limited options and low quality. On top of that, they charged me for three rooms instead of one, even though I had canceled the extra rooms on time through Booking. The staff was not helpful and the overall service was very disappointing. The location was also not good. The night before, other guests were complaining about bugs in their rooms, which made the situation even worse. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay and I would not recommend this hotel.
