I feel bad about rating 3 stars, but we almost left when we arrived because of our experience with Latia at the front desk. I use the app and messaged the day prior to arrival to see if early check in was available. I was told to check back in the morning because it depends on who books that night. That made perfect sense. I messaged the next morning and was told we could check in at 2pm. Great! Latia is the name of the person I was messaging in the app. We arrive and the receptionist was on the phone. We wait for her to finish and then she just looked at us. We said we were there to check in. I was with my husband and 2 children. She said very abruptly, no one can check in yet come back at 3. I said I had messaged someone in the app and they said I could check in at 2pm. Her attitude grew and said whoever said that was wrong and that she had no rooms until 3pm. I asked her her name. She told me it was Latia. I told her Latia is the name of the person who told me this was okay. She yelled she would have never said that and refused to look at my phone. I didn't try to match her energy. Instead I had my family sit in the lobby and I went outside to call someone with Hilton to help. The rep was very helpful and called the manager. He told me the room i was assigned to had a late check out and they were switching me to another room. He said to go back inside and check in. Perfect. I walk inside with the rep still on the phone and she's yelling at another guest who was also in the lobby working on her laptop. The rep heard the whole interaction. She then ignores me at the desk and goes into another room for at least 5 minutes which feels pretty long in the moment. This is when I contemplated leaving. Another guest came in and waited a few minutes behind me before she came back out. I stay at Hilton hotels often throughout the year. We love how we can expect what our experience will be. The hotel was clean, the rooms smelled great and were well kept, all of the other employees we encountered we incredibly friendly. My daughter even dropped her water bottle on the 6th floor and the housekeeper found us under the awning while loading our car to return it. Amazing! Latia does not represent their brand and should change careers if she's not happy.

We visited during a BJJ tournament and really enjoyed our stay. We arrived around midnight and check in was smooth since they were properly staffed. Our team was clean and the facility is up to date and well kept. Breakfast was ready at 6AM and had everything we needed; waffles, pancakes, fruit, scrambled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee, etc. We needed to cut our stay short since one of our kids got sick and they were very helpful and accommodated us with no problems. Joseph did an outstanding job assisting us during our experience. You can tell he was sincerely interested in helping us out and ensuring we were satisfied which was comforting. Overall a great experience! We will return soon!
