The room was good during our stay. However, we never received room service during our stay. When we called the front desk asked if we could have room service he stated that the staff left at 3pm and we could come down to get new towels for the room. We requested that towels be brought up instead and they complied. When we asked why service wasn't completed during our stay, they said we refused the services. This couldn't be true as we were not in the room at the time of cleaning to be able to refuse services. We were also told by others in our group that they also never received room service. Other than these issues our stay was good and this is a nice hotel in Lake Havasu. Most of the front desk staff was great as well as the food service staff during breakfast.
