Wonderful Hotel. Super clean. The staff was always cleaning, vacuuming, and wiping. Smelled fresh everywhere. The staff always smiling, helpful, and very welcoming. Great location close to tasty restaurants, stores, and gas stations. Easy access to highway. Beautiful views from the rooms. There is even a pond to take a romantic stroll around.

so personally I have long complained about the 1-5 rating for the simple fact that I believe that while on a 1 - 10 scale many properties might rate a 9, it is very hard to claim a property/restaurant etc. as perfect, of being a 5 STAR. I can state that this is actually my 1st ever (of many reviews) that we really felt earned/deserved full accolades !! SPA007

When you think you're staying at a decent place. Window knocked out and personal property stolen. The only interest the hotel had was documenting certain facts to protect hotel interest. Totally uncooperative to provide assistance or information about what happened in their parking lot. Have stayed at Hilton properties long enough to become a lifetime diamond member but will probably not stay at another Hilton property.
