Was reluctant to stay here because I read some bad reviews, but my experience was very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, the front desk wowrkers were friendly and professional, and the hotel was quiet. They are completing some rennovations so there was some residual construction debris in the elevator, but it didn't bother me in the least. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The driveway was not cleaned of ice and snow that had fallen 2 days earlier. My husband went to park the truck behind the building and while walking to truck he slipped and fell. He went in to tell the desk that they need to clear thier driveway. The hostess told him there's nothing we can do about it. When we got to room it had 2 queen beds and I had requested a king. The lady on the phone when I reserved it she said ok. Anyway we got everything ready for the next morning I had to have surgery at 5:30. So I was taking a shower when I noticed long black hair on shower curtains and I have blonde gray color hair. I stepped out of shower the toilet w has water behind it and a lot of long black hair. I called the next day to corporate office the man I spoke to there said well what do you want me to do or what would make it better for me. Just told him to clear driveway and parking lot everyone else around was cleared and have the people clean rooms not like they don't have time to do so. I cleaned rooms in Las Vegas for Yeats never had one person complain about the rooms I had cleaned, they did on some other rooms. Yes be a little more courtesy towards people remember we pay you, you don't pay us. Thank you

We stayed there on December 19th and was very disappointed. We had stayed at this hotel in the past but it has really gone downhill. It needs renovation badly. My room had old carpet, wallpaper peeling lights that didn't work and a shower door that was hard to open and close. We will not stay here again unless there is an update to the facility
