Clean room, comfortable bed. Lobby is undergoing renovations but it manageable. The gym is dusty due to renovation and you can feel it in the air, very unhealthy. They should close it while renovation is underway. For that reason I will choose a different hotel on my return but it should be better once renovation is complete. Typical breakfast with eggs bacon and potatoes. They were still setting it up when I arrived at 8:30 am.

Came here for a business trip. I arrived early and asked to check into my room, since the whole downstairs lobby was under construction with no seating, dust everywhere, and construction plastic over everything. They said that there is a room available, but that they would charge me a $50 early check in fee. I said that I would normally stay in the lobby until check in time and do some work on my computer, but that was impossible due to the construction. The guy at the front desk refused and said he had to charge me the $50 even though a room was ready. So I just paid it and checked in. I asked the next day to a different front desk employee while checking out, if she could remove the charge, and she also refused, saying I should have seen it on their website that they were under construction. (I booked on hotels.com and there was nothing about it) Needless to say, these little customer service requests go a long way when you're deciding where to stay on your next business trip (I'm going to this town at least once a month now.) and I assure you I will not be going back. Also, the rooms were super loud, and you could hear everything going on in the hallways like it was right by your ear,, and every time someone on the floor closed their door, it shook the whole building.
