The hotel was very clean and the staff was phenomenal! They were genuinely kind and very hospitable. The rooms were very nice and clean and the food was great! A great experience! I recommend the hotel.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad but the service was not good, at all. When we arrived (3/6) there was a couple standing at the desk when we drove through the parking lot. We parked, got our things together and went to the front desk…same couple still standing there and the front desk phone was ringing nonstop, no employee to be found. Phone kept ringing, the other couple and my family standing there just waiting for someone to show up so we could check in. I have no idea how the other couple stood there but it was probably 10-15 minutes before the lady working the front desk came around the corner. So, most generally, when you are at a job and you see people waiting, you would kick it in gear a little…nope, she slowly, very slowly walked to the desk. She did say sorry for the wait but was pretty rude about it. Then we get to our room, it was clean and nice and all those, however, we had no hot water. Like none, not even warm. Tried to go to the front desk… no one there again. Waited around for a while, still no one. Went back to the room and tried to call the front desk. No answer. So guess cold water it is! All I can say if someone hates their job that much, find a new one!
