Would be 3-4 stars if not for horrible experience with one employee I had the misfortune to encounter twice, on the phone and at check out. Denied hanging up on me (because the manager had walked in at that moment) and in person denied it was her🫡 Have the recording to confirm. Dear staff: The woman who says ma'am every other word and literally tries to argue about nothing no matter how pleasant you attempt to be with them.. That's the one you need to fire. If you want the recordings of her behavior, comment🫶. Manager waived our parking fee but honestly $15 does nothing to excuse that kind of behavior. Don't hang up on people and then deny it.. then call them liars. Good lord. We almost straight up canceled our stay.

We stayed here for Spring Break and it was a little confusing on the address- Pensacola or Gulf Breeze. When I say I’m not saying anywhere else when I come to Pensacola I mean that. There is this thing called the Hampton Guarantee the staff truly lives up to making you happy truly. From the first greeting by Michelle I felt so happy to be there. The view is breathtaking. You’re literally steps away from the beach. Our room had fridge and microwave. They missed house keeping one day since we were still in the room so that sucked to not have it touch the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast was good and the COFFEE OMG Come to find out it from another country grounded fresh. The location couldn’t be more perfect Plebty of restaurants and things to do with kids. We literally didn’t buy gas. Prob 15 minutes from downtown. If you’re traveling look no further than Hampton inn Pensacola Beach. You won’t regret
