Room 117, stayed 08--11 Mar 2026. Shower exhaust doesn't work. Since it has no separate switch, one expects that it turn on when the bathroom light is turned on, or that it is always on at a low level like modern hotels, so these are the three modes I have seen at various hotels. I put in a maintenance request (once each night) that was completely neglected for all 3 days. Was attending a local conference for 15 hours a day. Room gets all steamed up, no windows open as a temporary recourse. The ever-changing staff would write down the order, but gave me blank stares and redirected to an absentee manager (no time to call due to the conference), as if I need to further micro-manage having the maintenance man that is supposed to come in at 8:00am but never entered my room any of those days. Also, no housekeeping was ever done during my 3-day stay. Used towels were still on the floor, no bed was ever made, no trash was ever removed. These must be automatic and not special requests. The only times I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door was 10pm to 9am. Generally, checkout is 11am and check-in is 3pm, so plenty of opportunities for housekeeping to come in after my 9am departures. I worked the maximum reasonable onsite with the staff, before I resort to reporting these facts publicly. NOTE : Hilton's "every other day" policy means that housekeeping would have visited the room at least once, but there were no visits in 3 full days. Overall evidence of complete neglect and passing the buck, for housekeeping, maintenance, and absentee management.

Reserved room a month ago. Arrived 30 min.early.Tried to check in early.Room not ready till almost 4.No curtain on windows only broken blind. Shower curtain not sufficient, so there was a river going out.The bathroom before, I know this and my husband slipped in it and hurt his back.We were regulars here but it is going down hill. Breakfast is not what it used to be either. It's very Limited now. Wouldn't suggest it for a place to stay at all
