The hotel leaves a lasting impression almost from the moment you arrive. The reception team were friendly, efficient, and genuinely attentive, making the arrival feel smooth and immediately reassuring. The room was pristine and wonderfully quiet, breakfast was simple but clearly prepared with care, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to sleep well and wake up feeling properly restored. What stands out most, though, is the value. The standard of comfort and attention feels noticeably higher than the price suggests, which makes this a place I would recommend with confidence and happily return to.

It was alright. Nothing to write home about. Continental breakfast was mediocre compared to others I have had, but free nonetheless. Staff was kind and friendly. Shower water was luke warm at its hottest which was not exactly relaxing. Beds were noisy, but alright to sleep on I suppose. Pool is small and so is the hottub, but clean. Elevators have enjoyable sounds when doors open. Probably wont stay again if can avoid it. Oh, also checked in online and requested a specific room on the 4th floor, but upon arrival, was assigned a different room on a different floor. Didnt see the reason for checking in online if it didn't work. So, yep. Thats it.

I reserved a 2 queen room and when I arrived they gave me a king bed with a pullout couch. When I told them this is not what I paid for the front desk girl said they are fully booked and there was nothing she could do. She stated she would call her manager and see what they could do when I requested a refund to find a hotel that could accommodate me. She never called back. We tried to swim and the "heated" pool was freezing and the "hot tub" was barely warm bath water. Obvious why no one else was in it. When we got back from our planned nightly activities, we discovered there is no soap in the bathroom and the floor was sticky. The room has an off smell but I wasn't sure what it was, now I believe it is some sort of carpet cleaner that left the CARPET sticky. So gross. Disputing the charges and getting out of here. I called the front desk girl and so did apologize for not calling me back, but again stated she spoke to her managers and that there was nothing they could do until tomorrow.
