I booked a room 6 weeks in advance, directly on their website. NOT through a third party. Upon arrival, I was notified that they had oversold the hotel and that my room was no longer available. I booked a two-queen room as I was sharing with someone for a conference. Was notified that they could give me a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa, and that they would give me a discount for the inconvenience. Upon receiving my final bill, no discount was applied. Meaning they only said that to placate me into agreeing to take the room. There were at least 50 high school girls staying in this hotel, which is obviously why they oversold the room that I had reserved. The girls in the room next to ours stayed up until 2 am being loud. Nothing changed after talking to them and escalating to the front desk. Bottom line, if you're traveling solo and can sleep with earplugs and/or loud giggling and screeching and don't mind getting a random leftover room, by all means stay here.

Booked two rooms for one night as we got stuck in the area because of a snowstorm in the Northeast. During check-in, I told the employee I needed to extend both rooms for two nights and he told me it was no problem and I should come down to the front desk and extend in the morning. In the morning, the front desk person told us we could only extend one room for one night. No help to find another hotel. I would have never checked in if I knew I couldn't extend. Front desk couldn't give me answers and said we had to wait for management to call which ate into our plans for the day. Eventually management called and nothing changed. We packed up our stuff and left.

Bottom of the barrel Hampton. Very long in the tooth. TV hardly worked, phone broken, ver loud, poor bed, worst shower leaking & won't get hot. No compensation in the morning. Would not recommend.
