Hampton Inn Searcy

Never recognized as a diamond member....no water, snacks, nothing. Hall carpets need replacing-very worn and dirty. No baseboards oun hall. Evening check in person was NOT dressed appropriately- large outdoor jacket , knitted hat pulled up tall on head, scraggly beard -very long. Breakfast was not up to Hilton-bacon was thin, clear, not fully cooked, yogurt in a bowl with no ice so it was warm, and not replaced enough. I'll have to stay here again next yr(only Hilton) so I hope I see a change

I should have listened to the reviews. Thin walls with doors slamming all night. "Remodeled" but half-ass with many missing baseboards. Hard cheap mattress. Janky door to the bathroom. After this I'll avoid Hampton Inns.

For the price of this hotel, I can't believe how dirty it is. There aren't baseboards on the whole second floor. My room had old dirty socks, M&M's in the floor, old kleenexes in the floor. The bathroom is in rough shape. The tub is chipped, the countertops were not clean. The coffee pot and all of its amenities are on the lower shelf below the TV under the microwave. It's just oddly placed. The breakfast was gross. Undercooked so-called fried potatoes, half cold sausages, rubbery boiled eggs. It's very very lackluster. Best off to grab an apple or a banana. To have a whole room just for that, it's a little sad. Y'all can do better than that. I checked out the pool. It's supposed to be heated but it was cool. It needs to be resurfaced badly. The workout center was pretty nice. It didn't seem very clean though. The chair for the desk has something disgusting white all over it and dried. I don't know what that is but it doesn't look right. The lady at the front desk is amazing though. Super nice and informative. The man who works in the daytime, I don't think was very friendly. I expect the front desk people to be very hospitable. The lady with the red hair deserves a raise. There was no housekeeping here one day. They informed us of that. But how strange!? It's not the worst place.
