We are Hilton Gold members, we checked in digitally 24 hrs ahead for a second story king room, visual key arrived to a first floor room. Front desk had some excuse as oh an employee stayed there last night... And it's a double queen not a king it's a miss print on the floor plan, I can get you a room in the next town over ..... I could of booked the next town over, but that's NOT where we wanted to be! Never been treated this badly by a Hilton property

The rooms were nice, shower and bathroom was big and water was hot. The bed was a little hard, the worst part is the breakfast. It was Absolutely Gruesome…. Go somewhere else for breakfast but overall the hotel was a good value.

I was the first one at breakfast at 6 am food wasn’t ready. The man cooking didn’t speak or say good morning to anyone or apologize for being late. We never got waffles because people came after we been waiting. The other employees looks angry not speaking. Please don’t hire circle k employees. 11-13-25. Food nasty sausage gross.
