The staff, except Mark who was in charge of sending people to the timeshare Hilton does, was very rude. Mark was nice,so was Tiffany (I think that was her name) he seemed to notice the staff's obvious disdain for myself and daughter. I'm not sure why they acted like this. I can promise you the place itself is Amazing! The staff is awful and ill never go back. I have names but I'm dealing with it accordingly. I always come to maps 1st! Love everyone.praise God! And be KIND!

We spent four nights here in December 2025 and I wish we had chosen another property. Soon after we checked in, I started looking for other area options. 1. Condition- The room was in rough shape. The carpet was frayed, the ceiling was peeling, etc. The outlet at the bedside table didn’t work. 2. Cleanliness- Of the four nights we stayed, we received cleaning services one time and only one of the two beds was made. The room was clearly not cleaned thoroughly prior to our stay. There was even a previous guest’s beer left in the fridge. One of the bed’s blanket had an ugly brown stain. 3. Breakfast- I don’t think I’ve seen a less appealing breakfast scenario. There was very little offered. One morning the two hot items dishes were both completely empty. 4. Other- Overall, the hotel was very loud. The layout is a bit confusing. Nearly every guest brought a dog. The parking is very expensive and not included in your room charges. The hotel is old and in need of renovations.
