We will not be staying here again. In fact, this one makes us reconsider our commitment to Hampton and Hilton altogether. Far and away the worst Hampton we’ve ever stayed in. Dark, dingy, not cleaned, 20-year-old towels that have served multiple lifetimes that need to be replaced with fresh. The bathroom sink was not adjusted to work properly. The shower was not completely clean. The body soap wash bottle was completely empty. No one having attempted to check it or refill it. The coffee machine took a WWE wrestler attempt to get the pods to lock in. They’re so old and overused. From the mumbling evening, desk clerk checking us in to the, “I don’t know when they last vacuumed that“ carpeting throughout the hotel, good riddance. Nothing was impressive about this hotel except how small it looked in our rearview mirrors.

It's time for a remodel she's getting pretty worn out but it's not horrible. The cleanness is not great you can tell when people take pride in their work and that is not the case her for example the bathroom in my room the floor appears to be mopped but if you close the door it's been a pretty darn long time probably more than year since the spot behind the door has been mopped. The pool just needs to be condemned the smell of mold and must is overwhelming by the lobby elevator. Then the pool was full of sand and I mean a lot 50 lbs worth and they said the maintenance guy has been out so the pool has not been maintained. I would close it down tell at least it's cleaned and the chemical are checked. We picked the hotel due to the indoor heated pool as it winters for the kids I would recommend the La Quinta next door as it looks brand new and I am a person that only stays at Hampton Inns. Edit: Upon further review and looking around some more after breakfast this place is super unclean. I would pull the Hampton Inn banner of the hotel today and I would fire who ever is in charge of quality control over the hotel today also.

The heat did not work in my father’s room. He is an 85 year old man and I just hope he does not get sick. I spoke with manager and they said they would discount the room, but they needed to comp the room in my opinion.
