I usually don't leave reviews for hotels/inns, I travel rarely enough and most hotels do a good job of meeting my bare minimum needs. However, this experience was simply unacceptable. Checking in was easy with the Hilton App and it's worked pretty well for the duration of my stay. The person behind the desk was always accommodating when it came to requests for water throughout the day. The Inn is in a central location and that's convenient for my needs, however there were plenty of alternatives which I will be utilizing in the future. That's about it for the good. The issues I encountered include the following: water pressure in the shower was poor; pillows felt quite cheap and not very comfortable; the breakfast was mostly tasteless and without any type of flavor (I'd recommend avoiding); I could regularly hear my neighbor(s), whether they were speaking on the phone, blowing their nose, or watching TV. On day 1 of my stay I discovered that the conditioner was almost empty as was the hand soap container. When I left the hotel in the morning on the second day of my stay, I requested a full room service. When I arrived back in my room at night, I found the towels did not look to have been changed but just folded and the conditioner was still empty. I again, on my third day, requested the conditioner be filled. At the end of my third day, the conditioner was empty. The empty conditioner, my white whale, is a microcosm of the thought that seems to go into service you're offered in this Hampton Inn. Seek shelter elsewhere.

This place should’ve condemned. It’s a worn tired building with very old furnishings. Poor electrical outlets /usb availability. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. It’s a sad forgotten hotel. The elevator was very slow and rickety. The food for the free breakfast was completely inedible. The location is quite nice. It’s quiet . The bed was atrocious, like sleeping directly on the springs. The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel room is… it was out of the rain.

Big shoutout to Amber at the front desk she was super friendly and made check-in a breeze. Always had a smile and was happy to help with whatever we needed. Also somehow knows everything there is to know about Hot Pockets, which was honestly a highlight of the stay Thanks for a great stay, Amber!
