This was the worst Hampton Inn stay I have experienced. No recognition or amenities were provided for Diamond members, and no effort was made to honor basic perks such as late checkout. The advertised “24-hour” coffee was consistently old and not refreshed, which is well below the standards expected of the Hilton brand. The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which was fairly standard and consistent with most Hampton Inn locations.

Another great Hampton Inn stay. Check in desk was pleasant and professional as well. Dining area had a TV and lots of room for guests. Breakfast every morning is there as well.

As a frequent Hilton traveler, this Hampton by Hilton location was disappointing. I had booked a king suite, and when I got into bed around 11:30 p.m., I discovered the bed was broken. I ended up sleeping—or trying to sleep—in a “V” shape for the night. The front desk did move me to another room the following morning, which I appreciated, but they were unable to keep me in the same room category. I was traveling with a colleague who is a Silver member (I am Gold). At check-in, the front desk attendant stated that complimentary waters were only available for Gold and higher members. This was awkward and inconsistent with my experience at virtually every other Hilton property, where Silver members are also offered water. Overall, this property has some opportunities for improvement, particularly in room maintenance and consistency with Hilton Honors benefits.
