From pick-up to check-out, we were treated with great courtesy and warmth throughout, and we had a very relaxing time. The food was a chef's choice kaiseki meal, and the portions may have seemed a little small for younger guests, but there were additional dishes available, and I was looking forward to breakfast the next day, so it was actually a good thing. The soft roe and blackthroat seaperch were exquisite, and each dish was truly delicious. The room was also very clean, and there were plenty of towels provided in the large public bath, so it was great that we could bathe without hesitation in the morning or whenever we wanted to soak in the hot water. We would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

I eat crab at inns near Kaga Onsen every year, but this was my first time at Hanamurasaki. The crab kaiseki meal was incredibly filling. It was delicious and I was very satisfied with the meal. Each and every staff member provides very pleasant service, making this a great inn. The rooms and hot springs felt a little cheap, though.
