Hane Sun Elite Hotel

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The animators are very nice, and deserve a special mention. A nice, friendly guy who speaks several languages. The only downside is that the hotel isn't right on the seafront, but you can get there in 5 minutes with the hotel shuttle. The food is very tasty, and the rooms are clean.

I went here in August. There are a lot of tourists, and it's wonderful to have a variety of dishes every week. There are also amazing beaches and pools, the sea is beautiful, and you don't need to bring cash after paying. There are places on the beach where you can buy ice cream and drinks. You don't need cash for ice cream, and you don't need to go back to the hotel for lunch. There are places for lunch near the beach, and many places have coffee machines. I was very pleased. You can even have a special birthday meal. The rooms are clean and very nice.

We stayed with two children and one adult during peak season, at the end of August. The hotel was at its busiest, but the staff coped with everything. We were given wristbands right away and checked in about an hour later, without waiting until 2:00 PM. Our room was next to reception, number 1020. I wish it were better. There were no shelves in the closet; it was as if the shelves had been pulled out. I don't know about other rooms. The cleaning lady didn't clean well; she only came in if you pressed a button. If you didn't press it, she wouldn't come in. But she still didn't clean well; I wish it were better. The biggest drawback was the soundproofing of the windows. Our windows faced the main entrance of the hotel. We had trouble sleeping at night because of the traffic noise. For a couple of nights, I just wanted to cry because of the noise, thinking that I spent so much money to relax, and in the end, I can't even sleep properly. I don't know what it was like in rooms with windows facing the pool. And if you go to bed early, before the disco ends, the noise can be distracting. I have no complaints about the food. Everything was delicious. There was plenty of meat and fish. Every day there was boiled tongue, mussels, shrimp a couple of times, smoked red fish every day, fried fish, chicken in various forms, turkey, and beef. And even despite the crowd, there was enough food for everyone. Yes, the tables were reserved for those who arrived early. There was a line, but even the most expensive hotels have lines during high season. The sea was simply amazing. In the morning, I saw a turtle, and the sea was cleaner in the morning. The bus ran as scheduled, and there weren't any long waits. There were plenty of sun loungers. The lifeguards were very attentive, simply great to work in such heat... The animators were also great, simply sweethearts ❤️ The program was interesting. Everyone was trying their best, and the bartenders were very attentive. My daughter fell on the floor near the pool and hit her head, and they brought her some ice. The next day, they asked how she was feeling ❤️ The slides were always open on time. Upon checkout, we paid an extra 20 euros to stay in the room for an extra 3 hours. They bring a birthday present. But if you want a set table, you have to order it for an extra fee. In that case, the entertainers will also congratulate you with a candle. There are pharmacies nearby, which is very convenient for bringing vitamins for family. There's also a Migros, and everything there is very reasonably priced. We tried taking the bus to Waikiki, which is very convenient. We liked everything except the noise; I would probably return to this hotel.
