My overall experience at the Tokyu Haneda Excellence Hotel was very satisfying. It's a very convenient and comfortable airport hotel. Located near Haneda Airport, it's incredibly convenient, making check-in easy whether you arrive early in the morning or late at night – very travel-friendly. The room's design was simple and comfortable, with well-planned space and a clean, tidy environment, making for a very relaxing stay. The bed was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep even near the airport. The room was fully equipped, with everything from basic amenities to thoughtful details, demonstrating the hotel's attention to detail. The staff were friendly and professional, making check-in and check-out very smooth. They patiently offered assistance when needed, making me feel right at home. The public spaces were clean and bright, with a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, the Tokyu Haneda Excellence Hotel is a highly recommended accommodation choice, suitable for transit, business, or leisure travel. I would definitely stay there again if I ever pass through Haneda Airport again; it absolutely deserves a five-star rating.

The staff are very attentive and I use this service often. The 787 and 737 cream puffs, which are unique to Haneda Airport, are also one of the things I look forward to!

It is easily accessible as it is located inside Haneda Airport, but it is inconvenient as you have to travel from one end to the other to board an ANA international flight.
