This is a unique cave hotel, and the room itself was very spacious, which we appreciated. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and that was definitely the highlight of our stay. On the downside, the location is quite isolated, and there is little to do in the evening. We also found the food disappointing. Accessibility is another issue: there are many steps both outside and inside the room (three steps up to the bedroom and three steps down to the bathroom), which may be difficult for some guests. In January 2026, the underfloor heating made the room uncomfortably hot, almost like a sauna. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for honeymooners or groups who are looking for a unique experience, especially during the summer months, but it may not be ideal in winter or for those with mobility concerns.

Stayed here last Nov 3-5, 2025. The property is splendidly design.The rooms are a bit scary as the furnitures are quite dilapidated and it smells mouldy the whole time. We had to open the windows and doors as my allergies were on high due to the molds. Could not sleep the first night as I was really terrified with the place. The hotel is far from the commercial area and is like a 15-min walk to a commercial center.No available public transportation in the area. Good customer service is not that consistent.We arrived past midnight from a flight from Istanbul, no sleep and my husband had to bring down our luggages from the reception down to our room, with 2 long stairs, dimly lighted ways. We were never told that there was a ramp, which we just discovered in the morning. We appreciate though that, we were provided sandwiches in our rooms when we arrived. We also felt discriminated in the dining area, as we were always directed to a side table where hotel staff ate.Everytime we ate, we ask if we could stay in the main dining area, since it's well-lighted, every request was refused without any reason. But we also appreciate the reception staff on our second day as she was welcoming and very warm, kindly offering us the wake up call, arranging our meals and inforning us that we have a dinner which we forgot.
