"While the value and location are satisfactory, the aging facilities and cramped layout are a concern." During the APEC period, finding accommodations in downtown Gyeongju was incredibly difficult, but we were fortunate enough to secure a reservation. While the proximity to the Bomun Resort golf courses made it convenient, it was a family trip with some distinct drawbacks. Room and Facilities: Children accustomed to newly built pool villas or large resorts might find the accommodations a bit cramped. The interior and furniture (especially the sofa) show signs of age, and the layout is somewhat cramped. However, the price is surprisingly affordable, making this a reasonable option for those who plan to just sleep and focus on their trip. Waste Recycling Tips: There were no recycling instructions in the room or on the app, so we searched for them for quite some time. Later, we found them posted inconveniently on the window in front of the elevator. Don't panic when checking out; check the signs around the elevator in advance. Amenities: There's a GS25 convenience store and Ediya Coffee on the first floor, which is convenient. Parking is ample, so we had a stress-free experience. Overall: If you're looking for affordable accommodations and easy access to a room during peak season or large-scale events in Gyeongju, rather than fancy facilities, this isn't a bad option. However, for my next trip to Gyeongju, I'd prioritize more spacious and modern accommodations.

Great for family trips. There's a cafe and a restaurant on the first floor, a 24-hour convenience store, a hot spring sauna on the basement level, a Pororo game room for kids, and a gelato shop. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable trip.
