Highly recommended even in winter. There are a few good restaurants on the beach that are still open. And the staff are so incredibly friendly, you wonder how they do it! 😍

This was our second stay at this resort since the renovation. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. We stayed at four Hapimag resorts last year, and this time Paguera didn't live up to the typical Hapimag standard. Our apartment couldn't be heated properly. The living area never got warm. Reporting this to reception twice didn't resolve the issue. It only got warm in the evenings after six of our eight days. Some cooking utensils were also missing, broken, or rusty. While our complaint was handled quickly, unfortunately, broken items were replaced with equally broken ones. Overall, we got the impression that corners were being cut everywhere. The New Year's Eve celebration was rather lackluster compared to last year. Normally, a satisfaction survey is conducted, at least at the end of the stay. This time, there has been absolutely no interest in doing so. The relatively recently renovated resort is unfortunately not being maintained. This is noticeable in the indoor pool, the sauna, and the adjoining changing rooms. Some of the showers aren't working. The bathroom in the apartment wasn't properly cleaned in the corners, and there are already clear signs of wear and tear. It's a real shame, as the resort's location is beautiful and the complex itself is very well done. We will probably cancel our booking for December.
