Today was my first time here ✌️ After searching online for hot spring inns in the area, I decided on this one as it had high ratings 😊 The room had an open-air bath and was spacious and clean, so I liked it at first sight 👍 Meals were served in a private room on the second floor, and I was very satisfied with the Kiwami course 😋 The staff were also kind and attentive, and the reviews were definitely up to the mark!! ️ Next time, I'd like to bring my grandchildren too 👌

This place is a bit far from the city and not very convenient to reach if you don’t have a car. It’s easy enough to take an Uber going there, but getting one back can be quite difficult. Thankfully, the onsen staff kindly helped us arrange a van for our return to the city. The overall experience, however, was nothing short of wonderful. You immediately feel valued and warmly welcomed upon arrival — with a thoughtful gesture of hot green tea, a snack, and a warm towel after a long trip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly attentive, noting and accommodating every guest’s dietary restrictions with care. The food was truly exceptional — perhaps one of the best omakase experiences we’ve ever had. Their attention to detail deserves more than five stars; if we could give six, we would. That said, there isn’t much to do around the area, so this is definitely a place to simply escape the city, soak in the onsen, and enjoy a slow, indulgent stay focused on rest and good food.

I was surprised that they came to greet me even though I arrived much earlier than check-in time. The subsequent service was also kind and polite, and I realized the overall level of service was high. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and I had a comfortable stay. The view of the Chikugo River from the lobby was also beautiful. The interior and scenery matched perfectly, and I felt like time was passing peacefully. The tea incense burner in the guest room smelled wonderful, and the bathwater was slightly viscous and mellow, so comfortable I wanted to soak forever. My mother, who has sensitive skin, was impressed that she had no skin problems, which was rare for her, and I was happy too. The food was also luxurious. The vegetables and fruits were fresh, mild, and delicious. I also noticed that the tableware was well-chosen. If you like pottery, I'm sure it will be a visual feast for the eyes. I'm really glad I came.
