A very mixed experience. Positive points: We were given VIP check-in because we had booked a suite for €450 a night. Tyler (I think that's his name) was very friendly and professional, and we really appreciated the welcome. The room was large and functional. Another positive point was the breakfast: a huge, high-quality buffet with everything from cold cuts and pastries to fruit, savory items, and sweets. Really good. Negative points: The suite faced the highway: very noisy. Soundproofing between the rooms and the casino: nonexistent. You can hear everything. The evening meal: snacks at the bar were mediocre, with tasteless salads and frozen pizza. The service was overwhelmed but remained professional. In the end, I regret the price paid for two nights, especially since I would have preferred to stay in other hotels in Andalusia. Ultimately, I'm paying for the brand: Hard Rock. It's a shame they don't have the same restaurants as in Hard Rock Cafes. In short, a very bad experience. Too expensive. What a shame!
