This is a high-value hotel in the Lake Chuzenji area. All the attractions around Lake Chuzenji are within walking distance. The rooms face Lake Chuzenji and are clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The second day it snowed heavily, and the staff, knowing I was going to Chuzenji Temple and the waterfall, kindly reminded me that it would be colder there and I should dress warmly. Because I stayed on the 4th floor and there was no elevator, I was very tired when I returned to the hotel and needed to rest before climbing four flights of stairs. The staff proactively asked if I wanted tea or coffee. I stayed for two days, and they provided different dishes for dinner. The first night, I even got a free upgrade to steak, which was fantastic. Because it's a small hotel, the onsen (hot spring bath) is a bit smaller, but each time I went, there were only two or three people, so it didn't feel crowded. My three-day, two-night stay was a wonderful memory.

Superb! The hotel is right across from the lake. There are also hot springs to soak in. Dinner and breakfast are both good. A hotel with a great location. The rooms are quite spacious. There's a balcony. The sofas are very comfortable.
