My family and I were very satisfied with our stay at Hatten Hotel Melaka. Advantages: The room is very spacious, comfortable and complete with satisfactory facilities. The food choices during the breakfast buffet are varied with a large and comfortable buffet space. This hotel has a JAKIM halal certificate for the kitchen. This is the first feature that I will look at before making a booking. The concern is very appreciated. The hotel location is very strategic, walking distance to many interesting places in Melaka. The facilities for the disabled are very good. I brought my mother who is in a wheelchair and the movement is very easy and friendly to the disabled. The hotel staff is very helpful and professional. The staff named Natasha is very caring and helped my mother (disabled) to get a room immediately. Her service is the best and very appreciated. And also the concierge staff / front door staff are also very helpful. But I forgot their names😁 Disadvantages: The check-in process is a bit slow. We arrived around 3 pm but only got a room around 5 pm. However, the hotel, especially Natasha, has provided comfort to my mother and a family of 12 people in the Premier Lounge while waiting for the room. This service is very soothing and shows concern for guests, especially the disabled. But forgot to take a picture😁 Our experience staying at Hatten Hotel Melaka was very satisfactory. Thank you Hatten Hotel. InshaAllah will come again

Such a large hotel, yet it doesn't even have a water dispenser… Overall, it's a fantastic choice in Malacca, with a good location and reasonable prices! The view is truly amazing! Of course, you can feel the traces of an old hotel, but this stay was a wonderful experience!
