I would have rated it higher if not for the location and clumsy service . First thing , location is far far away from the main temple and that leads to Auto /Cab mafia at exorbitant prices . Do factor this when you plan your trip to dwarka from here . You can end up spending anywhere between 600-1000 Rs for a 6km ride to main temple . Next are the rooms , Well ,they are excellent .Sprawling resort spread over in lush green surroundings with rooms that are neat , tidy , spacious and come with great view (balcony ). I'd say deluxe is more than enough compared to the pricey Sunrise villa . Food is decent . The buffet can be a hit or miss depending on the options for the day . I found it to be okayish . This is compensated by the courteous staff who are always there for you . Special mention to Buffet manager- Adil . Such a polite and hospitable gentleman . Adil and Ajay from restraunt staff were kind enough to accommodate a last minute request for Ala Carte order on a busy night . One feedback to the facility - Kindly improve room service as it's a big letdown on the standards expected from a 5 star hotel . Mistakes happen but I found them to be repetitive , which is a clear indication of lack of training. First I waited 40 mins for a general item I ordered to the room , reason provided was " room number galat ho gaya tha " .Then comes a staff who rings the bell at 12am for a order that was never requested ."phirse room number galat " . This is just unacceptable. It doesn't help the fact that rooms are a bit far from restraunt and front desk , but I'd still expect better service from a premium brand . Overall a good stay , buy with a lot of room for improvement

Very good property like oasis in desert. Food preparation is also very nice and delicious. Only one thing Hotel should focus on bringing more Golf cars so guest can easily move around property without waiting and sitting idle in rooms.
