The renovated historic building offers an appealing blend of traditional comfort and contemporary design. Both the breakfast buffet and à la carte menu feature high-quality options. The staff demonstrate professionalism and warm hospitality, with Maria consistently providing welcoming service at breakfast. The property is conveniently situated within walking distance of the old palace, as well as various restaurants and shops. My two-week stay was thoroughly enjoyable and met all expectations. I appreciate when ALL Accor acknowledges and rewards my continued loyalty.

CAR ACCIDENTS WAITING TO HAPPEN. This hotel has no unloading area and their parking is extremely dangerous. We were guided to the parking entrance by phone, only to be stuck in an extremely dangerous and awkward situation. The parking lot entrance is at a dead end small ally that was blocked by two cars. We were yelled at by nearby security guard and entitled parents who blocked the entire road. Now we had to back into one of the busiest road in Split from the ally at our own risk for following staff’s direction. We were inches away from being hit! We later found out that this happens often and the hotel has not done much to prevent this but rather transfer the risk to their guests. We were assured that the manager will be aware of the situation upon check-in and that's the last time we ever heard from them. Not even an apology at check-out for the unnecessary stress.
