Very nice hotel and rooms right on the promenade, friendly staff, and a good breakfast selection. The only downside is that there's only paid parking on site. The hotel has a parking lot a little further away and also offers a shuttle service, although it's still a bit inconvenient.

At first glance, the hotel gives the impression of a boutique hotel, with many promises, but unfortunately the reality is far from it. Food: The culinary offer is far from what was promised. The čevapčiči come to the table black as coal, without a trace of culinary approach. The restaurant / service is also disappointing - when asked about fish dishes, the waiter answers without hesitation that they don't have any, and recommends pasta. The waiter says that mixed salad is not available, although the ingredients on offer clearly allow it (e.g. chicken salad bowl). Breakfast is self-service, but modest, with very little fruit. Dinner is served, and the portions are so small that you leave hungry. Staff and approach: When warned about shortcomings, the staff first kindly promises to take action, but then there are no changes. We did not experience constructive problem solving. Parking: The big minus is the parking - about 2 km away, on a deserted green area on a hill, and there is an additional charge. If you forget something in the car, you lose a lot of time/energy. Conclusion: The hotel unfortunately does not meet the standards it advertises as "boutique". The whole experience was disappointing, so I can hardly recommend it for a pleasant holiday in Crikvenica. Definitely far from the 4 stars they claim.

It was much nicer, better than we expected. Beautiful hotel and rooms, in the best location and the people working there are all very nice! We will come again!
