The hotel overall was okay, we liked it. Although we appreciate the somewhat more minimalist style of the rooms, a chair, 2 bedside tables and a shelf/table under the TV, they are not enough. The shelves in the closets are extremely high, so you can only put your clothes on the hangers and the shelf below. We ended up with our clothes in our suitcases. As for the cleanliness, everything was very ok, clean, very warm, technology is great in the hotel. The food at breakfast was not very varied, we expected refills when certain foods ran out, but they often didn't come. Despite all this, the food was very good and the people were very kind!! The food at the restaurant was delicious!! The spa was also to our taste. We will come back!!

AVOID the SPA area! Maximum irresponsibility from the employees! I made a reservation on December 25 for the spa, for the dates of the 31st and the 1st. The employees were very helpful and nice at the time of the reservation. The surprise was that I called on the 30th to confirm my reservation for the 31st and was suggested to “not come anymore because it’s too crowded”. Later they told me that they made another list and I’m not on the list. And that’s it, they don’t take responsibility for anything. I understand that it was the holiday season and it was crowded, but I could have been notified on the 25th of this, not told that we were waiting for you. Moreover, if I showed up before I called, would I have come for nothing? I leave this review for people who want to come to the spa and especially those who are not staying at this hotel, even if those who are staying pay the same as those who are not staying, so that there are no surprises because nothing is respected! And the concept of RESERVATION is just a formality, nothing else, don't waste your time.

Attention!!! Be very careful at this hotel! I asked a gentleman at the reception for details by phone, for example if the spa area is paid or included in the price, if 2-year-old children are allowed in the pool, what to see I was told that those staying do not pay! And that it is allowed with children, in fact it is paid and children under 6 are not allowed! I was deeply disappointed because I was looking for something with all included, if not, I would definitely not have booked! And it is also my fault that I did not look at what they offer on email! So be very careful, the staff gives wrong information and does not take responsibility at all, they rely on the fact that not everyone will read all the information sent from them, that is why I repeat to be cautious. The rooms are small and the hotel is not what it seems in the pictures! It's quite unkempt, there are many aspects that should be improved... For breakfast you get the same thing every day, don't expect anything else... The heating in our room didn't work, and they know this, but no one cared because we have a 2-year-old child. They brought us a heater in the room, in the other room the refrigerator didn't work, they don't have a room with a bathtub, they don't have balconies, no one calls you the day before for confirmation... We definitely won't be back, next time I'll be much more careful about what I reserve🙂
