A beautiful hotel. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which was nice. The station was surprisingly close. The nearby Agu shabu-shabu restaurant was delicious. I had breakfast with some students on a school trip, but I was able to wait about 30 minutes before eating. It might be a good idea to check in advance to make sure you won't be eating breakfast with students. The view from my room was on the 8th floor, but the frosted glass obscured it. There were also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so it was well-equipped.

This was my first time staying here. I won't be returning. I don't recommend it. If the hotel wants to increase repeat customers, I think they should read all the negative reviews and work to improve them quickly. Perhaps it doesn't matter because the rooms are filled up due to the location? - The hotel name is "resort," but it's really just a business hotel with a pool. - Although it's new, it doesn't feel clean. - The overall level of the staff is low. - The location is convenient. - Separate bathrooms and toilets were nice. - I felt there were few front desks compared to the number of rooms. Is this designed with the expectation that many guests would stay multiple nights? Check-in depends on the time of day, but the staff's explanation is lengthy, so there is a long wait. - The staff's service was average. I did sense a bit of inexperience in places. - There are four elevators, so I didn't have to wait that long. - I was surprised at how dirty the elevator mats were. They were covered in dust and debris. - The hallways were too dark. It was the first time I'd ever experienced such a dark hotel. Was it to hide dust and debris? I thought about calling the front desk to ask if the rooms were cleaned. Is there no inspection by a second person after cleaning? If so, the inspector's level is very low, so I'd recommend changing cleaning companies. - Pajamas They were half-folded, as if they'd been tossed there. They were all facing in different directions. - Amenities They were all facing in different directions. Did someone grab them and throw them in? - TV remote, toilet control buttons, carpet, shelves, etc. Everything was covered in dust. It was obvious. Is everything okay? - Bathroom There was mold on the window frames and blinds. - Cleaning Staff No greetings when passing each other. I was surprised when they ignored me when I said hello, lol. - There was a wide variety, but the food tasted like a typical business hotel. - The space between seats was really tight. - There were seats right up to the edge of the dining counter. I felt a bit sorry for the person who had to sit nearby. - Staff made frequent rounds, so the dishes were collected quickly. However, while the staff were making their rounds empty-handed, they didn't avoid customers holding dishes with food on them in the narrow aisles. These were the people who should have avoided them.

I usually stay at a different hotel, but this time I chose this one because I was able to check in early as part of a perk. I was worried about the location, which is at the end of Kokusai Street, but it was surprisingly easy to access and close to the monorail, so it was very convenient. I had heard that it would be busy because breakfast is included in the price, so I was prepared. Not only was it crowded, but the restaurant upstairs was open for a limited time, but it closed very early, which was quite inconvenient. The food was good, with a decent selection of dishes, and I was very satisfied. The room showed signs of heavy use, but it was spacious and, although it may have been coincidence, it faced Shuri, so I was able to stay comfortably. The pajamas were separate, which was comfortable.
